Phentramin I wondered how this was going to work for me. I've tried the (phentremin?) you know the one from the Doc. Well it was ok, I felt wired the first week and I lost 10 pds. Woo Hoo. But now the Phentramin worked I've taken it for 8 weeks a whole bottle one a day. I love it , I'm not WIRED and I'm losing weight 3-4 pounds a week, so in total I've lost well lets see I started at 183 now I'm 153 Wow thats cool just relised i've lost 30 pounds in 8 weeks cool. Now I have cut the drinks out alot maybe 1 or 2 a week. WATER is the key with a little tea. I eat half of what I did befor. I like this product cause its herbal and it WORKS. I'm ording another bottle. To reach my goal weight of 140/130.
