Their refund policy is more than chaotic:

The quote below comes from their faq page about their refund policy, and in other words it means that all sales are final and there is no refund or money back guarantee.


"I understand that all sales are final. I further understand that I cannot cancel my order or request refunds once the package is shipped. I am fully aware that no refund is given if I change my mind and decide not to take the product or upon my physician’s opinion that I should no longer take the product. I realize that if I have mistakenly provided an incorrect address and the order was shipped to that address, I will receive no refund."


We feel that this has to change, and that discourages costumers tu buy an unknown product, however knowing Lazarus labs and the quality of their products we suggest the untrusting customers to order the smallest available packiging for the first time and if they are satisfied, go for a reorder.

Actually many stores are turning nowadays to policies like this, since there is a tendency (especially in the US) to return everything for no reasons.
