Apply one Habitrol Patch in the morning and it will eliminate nicotine crawings for the entire day.The program comes with 3 types of patches, each type contains less nicotine than the other, so you have to follow the included instructions on which patch to use first and for how long.
How Habitrol works
Habitrol works on the prinicple of killing the addicion by reducing the amount of the addictive substance; nicotine.Habitrol uses 21mg nicotine for the first four weeks, an amount that will satisfy even a heavy smoker's nicotine addiction.
After for weeks your Habitrol patches' nicotine content is reduced to 14mg of nicotine, and then two weeks later it is cut back to 7mg doses.
